For a long time, I saw life as a struggle, and thought that that was just how it was. I rebelled against what people thought of me through bold statements, loud outfits and the daring interiors I created. I tried to understand myself by challenging those around me. I always used to shape my own identity in opposition to someone or something, and defined myself through my relationships with people. And when I realised this, I was struck by a question that stumped me - who actually am I? Recently, I heard about a charity which helps orphans find their blood relatives and organises meetings for the children to talk to them, get to know them and learn about themselves in the process. But even this introduction gives the child a starting point. Something similar happened to me when I moved to the US.
If you've ever wondered what these "T" values mean here is a great explanation from BYO. One pound of whole cone hops yields about 0. At first glance it seems that the process used to make T45 pellets is only half as efficient as the T90 process, but when the alpha acid content is evaluated the difference has nothing to do with inefficiency; T45 pellets contain about double the alpha acids from the same cone hops as do T90 pellets. This all makes more sense if the process of converting hop cones to pellets is briefly reviewed. Hops are harvested by cutting the entire bine vine free from the trellis and hauling this long plant into the hop processing shed. A series of specialized machines strip cones and leaves from the bine, and the cones are separated from the leaves. The cones are then loaded into the kiln, dried, and then usually compressed into hop bales for storage. It is imperative for hops to be harvested at just the right time and quickly processed into bales, because a delay at this stage can be detrimental to hop quality.
These companies are the true backbone of our global society. They're also the people we interact with on a daily basis; they could be you, our partners, neighbors, peers and colleagues, or our network on social media. Numerically this is 26 million micro businesses with 3. I feel like we should pause to allow those number to sink in a bit.
